                                                      Our Appointment Procedure           

•  In order to schedule an appointment please fill out the attached form and email/fax it back to us.  A forty-dollar deposit is required to make the appointment.   We only charge your card when an appointment is confirmed.   An Artist might request a hundred dollar deposit on larger collective work or an appointment that might need to be booked for a three-hour time slot or longer.  The deposit is applied to the final price of the tattoo when finished.                                                                                                                                                
• Please indicate which Artist you would like to work with and possibly a second choice if the first is not available.                                                                                                                               
• The date in which you would like to request to get tattooed                                                             
• If possible, attach a picture of what tattoo design you would like to get as well as where on your body you would like to put it.  We can also draw up a custom design or enhance one from references you already have.  References aren’t mandatory just a helpful tool to communicate an idea with.  We also have 1000’s of designs to get ideas from.                                                           
• One of our tattoo professionals will get back with you regarding availability, details and confirmation of the appointment.

Here’s a little info to help assist with any questions you may have:

Walk in are welcome but not always possible due to our workload.  We highly suggest making an appointment.  In order to serve you better we recommend scheduling a free consultation with an Artist of your choice.  This usually helps in the Artistic process when allowing for efficient time scheduling of the Tattoo and working out design details.  We also find that not all situations necessarily need a consultation.  For instance smaller Tattoos like script names, kanji characters, flowers, turtles etc. are easily drawn right on the spot.  It’s usually the larger collective and more complex pieces that would require a consultation.  

We understand the importance of playtime and water activities that Hawaii offers. For our clients that are traveling through the Islands for a limited time we ask that you keep in mind the healing time necessary after receiving a tattoo.  There should be no sun exposure to the tattooed area or water soaking such as baths or swimming in the pool or ocean for a period of 1 1/2 to 2 weeks.   The best practice is to schedule the tattoo toward the end of your vacation, the last day or two.

We also understand that price quotes for body art is helpful when balancing your budget.  However this is a difficult task when doing so over the phone or via email. 
Because every person is of different body shape, size and proportion, tattoos also differ in size when complimenting the body.  It is a challenge to give any accurate or even round about estimate unless the Artist doing the tattoo can see you in person.
Details of the designs can also differ due to each individual Tattooists interpretation of the way they translate the Artwork.  Thus in turn can take more or less time for the Artist to complete the tattoo.  We can comfort you in saying that our pricing in comparison to surrounding shops is considerably lower and definitely not higher since we aren’t located directly on the higher targeted price strip.

Tattoos that can be finished in one session are quoted by the piece.  Larger collective work, which can take two or more sessions to complete, is rated by the hour.  The hourly rate for session work ranges between 125.00 an hour to 150.00 depending on the style of design.  Portraits being that they are very complex and specialized rate at a 150.00 an hour.

Unfortunately due to shop policy our Artists are not permitted to sketch a design and email/fax it to you.

Our hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.  Closed on Sundays.
