TattooLiciousへようこそ。本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、当店のサービス、ウェブサイトのご利用、および当店スタッフとのやり取りに適用されます。予約、ご来店、その他いかなる形であれ当店をご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。よくお読みください。

1. 一般情報

• TattooLiciousはハワイ州ホノルルにあり、ライセンスを持つ経験豊富なアーティストによるプロのタトゥーサービスを提供しています。

• サービスは予約制およびウォークイン（空き状況による）でご利用いただけます。

• お客様は18歳以上で、有効な写真付き身分証明書をお持ちである必要があります。一部のアーティストは、保護者の同意があれば17歳の方にも施術します。その場合、親または法定後見人の同伴が必要で、双方とも有効な写真付き身分証明書が必要です。

2. 予約

• デポジット：予約の確保には返金不可のデポジットが必要です。デポジットはタトゥーの最終料金に充当されます。

• 予約変更：少なくとも48時間前までにご連絡いただければ、予約を変更できます。十分な事前連絡がない場合、デポジットが没収されることがあります。

• キャンセル：適切な事前連絡のないキャンセルの場合、デポジットは返金されません。

3. 料金とお支払い

• 現金、クレジットカード／デビットカード、および承認済みのデジタル決済（加盟店プロバイダー経由の暗号資産を含む）をご利用いただけます。

• 特に記載のない限り、すべての料金は米ドル（USD）表示です。

4. 健康と安全

• TattooLiciousは、ハワイ州の規則に従い、厳格な衛生・滅菌手順を守っています。

• お客様は、施術前に持病、アレルギー、肌の過敏症などがあれば申告していただく必要があります。

• 当店は、病気の症状がある方、または薬物やアルコールの影響下にある方へのサービスをお断りする権利を有します。

5. お客様の責任

• 適切に治癒させるため、お客様はタトゥーアーティストから案内されたアフターケアの指示にすべて従う必要があります。

• アフターケアの指示に従わなかったことにより生じた合併症について、TattooLiciousは責任を負いません。

• お客様は予約時間に遅れずにお越しいただき、遅れる場合は当店にご連絡ください。

6. デザインと知的財産

• TattooLiciousのアーティストが制作したすべてのタトゥーデザインは、当店およびアーティストの知的財産として帰属します。

• カスタムデザインは各お客様のための唯一のものであり、アーティストの同意なく複製・再現することはできません。

7. 免責

• 申告されなかった持病、またはアフターケアの指示に従わなかったことにより生じたアレルギー反応、感染症、合併症について、TattooLiciousは責任を負いません。

• お客様は、タトゥーを受けることに伴うすべてのリスクを負うものとします。

8. サービスを拒否する権利

• TattooLiciousは、不適切な行為、酩酊、本規約の不遵守などを含むがこれらに限られない、いかなる理由であっても、個人へのサービスをお断りする権利を有します。

9. 規約の変更

• TattooLiciousは、いつでも本規約を更新する権利を有します。更新内容は当店のウェブサイトおよび店頭に掲示します。

Tattoolicious Tattoo Shop Terms of Service

Welcome to TattooLicious! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and interactions with our team. By scheduling an appointment, visiting our shop, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

• TattooLicious is located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and offers professional tattoo services by licensed and experienced artists.

• Services are available by appointment and walk-in (subject to availability).

• Customers must be 18 or older with valid photo ID. A selection of our artists will tattoo 17-year-olds with parental consent; the parent or guardian must be present, and both need valid photo ID.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the tattoo.

• Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations: Cancellations without proper notice will result in a loss of the deposit.

3. Pricing and Payment​

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods (including cryptocurrency via our merchant provider).

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Health and Safety

• TattooLicious adheres to strict hygiene and sterilization protocols in compliance with Hawaii state regulations.

• Customers are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to their appointment.

• The shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must follow all aftercare instructions provided by their tattoo artist to ensure proper healing.

• TattooLicious is not responsible for complications arising from failure to adhere to aftercare guidelines.

• Customers should arrive on time for appointments and notify the shop of any delays.

6. Design and Intellectual Property

• All tattoo designs created by TattooLicious artists remain the intellectual property of the shop and the artist.

• Custom designs are unique to each customer and may not be reproduced or replicated without the artist's consent.

7. Liability

• TattooLicious is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

• Customers assume all risks associated with receiving a tattoo.

8. Right to Refuse Service

• TattooLicious reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

• TattooLicious reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and at the shop.
