The Tattoolicious "Scan to Win" Monthly Tattoo Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Tattoolicious ("Sponsor").

​

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who:

• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Provide a valid email address.

• Remain subscribed to Tattoolicious marketing emails at the time of winner selection.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Tattoolicious are not eligible to participate.

By entering your email address, you agree to receive marketing emails from Tattoolicious. You may unsubscribe at any time. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Must be 18 years or older. One entry per person. See Official Rules for details.

2. How to Enter

Participants may enter by:

1. Scanning an official Tattoolicious "Scan to Win" QR code; or

2. Visiting the designated giveaway landing page; and

3. Completing the email subscription form.

Only one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted.

Multiple entries, duplicate email addresses, automated entries, bots, fraudulent registrations, or attempts to circumvent the one-entry limitation may result in disqualification.

3. Ongoing Entry

Once a participant has successfully entered and remains subscribed to Tattoolicious marketing emails, their entry will automatically remain active for future monthly drawings.

Participants who unsubscribe from marketing emails before a monthly drawing will no longer be eligible for that drawing or future drawings unless they re-enter through the official signup process.

 

4. Drawing Schedule

One winner will be selected at random each calendar month from all eligible active entries.

The drawing will generally occur within seven (7) days following the end of the applicable month.

The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust drawing dates as necessary.

 

5. Prize

Each monthly winner will receive:

• One (1) Tattoolicious Tattoo Voucher valued at Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250 USD).

Prize conditions:

• Voucher has no cash value.

• Voucher is non-transferable.

• Voucher may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged.

• Voucher may not be redeemed for cash.

• Voucher must be used toward tattoo services performed at Tattoolicious.

• Any tattoo services exceeding the voucher value are the responsibility of the winner.

• Standard shop policies, artist availability, consultation requirements, health and safety requirements, and artist approval apply.

5A. Voucher Redemption Requirements

The winner must schedule and complete the tattoo appointment within three (3) months of the voucher issuance date.

Failure to schedule and complete the tattoo within the three (3) month redemption period will result in forfeiture of the voucher and any remaining value.

Extensions may be granted solely at the discretion of Tattoolicious in extraordinary circumstances.

The voucher expires automatically at the end of the redemption period and becomes void thereafter.

 

6. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address associated with their entry.

A winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification.

If:

• the winner cannot be contacted,

• the winner does not respond within the required timeframe,

• the winner is determined to be ineligible, or

• the prize is declined,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

 

7. Verification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant.

Proof of age and identification may be required before a prize is awarded.

 

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Tattoolicious permission to use the winner's first name, city of residence, photographs, testimonial, and tattoo photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

9. Email Communications

By entering the Promotion, participants consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from Tattoolicious.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time; however, unsubscribed participants will not remain eligible for future monthly drawings.

 

10. Privacy

Information collected through the Promotion will be used in accordance with Tattoolicious' Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Email addresses will be used for marketing communications, giveaway administration, and winner notifications.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tattoolicious, its owners, employees, artists, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any prize.

 

12. Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

 

13. Winner List

To request the name of the most recent winner, email [Email Address] with the subject line "Scan to Win Winner Request."
